Mafra

Mafra Mafra is a city located in the Lisbon region, with interesting touristic activities and a great surfing spot nearby. This town is well know for its Baroque style, with buildings like the Royal Palace, who inspired Portuguese Nobel Prize laureate José Saramago to write his novel Baltasar and Blimunda. You might also want to visit the wildlife and game reserve Tapada Nacional de Mafra.
